Those who succeed at the highest level believe movement and nutrition are top priorities for their physical, mental, and spiritual well being. They understand growing stronger is a non-negotiable commitment & habit for a better life.
Of course not! If you do have access to a gym equipment more power to you! However, those that grow the strongest fastest are the individuals that can adopt an unstoppable growth mindset.
Some of our best clients started by using their bodyweight for months. You tell us what tools you have at your disposal and we will design a program around you! All that is really required is gravity and your own bodyweight.
Strength is measured in force, velocity, and time. That’s what makes our program unique. We work off principles and the laws of the universe i.e. we know how get results using less to no equipment.
This all depends on how much time you have at your disposal. You let us know how many days per week and hours per day works best for you. We will then create a structure that aligns with your current lifestyle and fitness level. Those that generally become an unstoppable high performer strength train 4 hours a week (approximately 1 hour every other day). Anything else would generally be considered active recovery time.
This will depend on your current activity, fitness, and experience level. Nevertheless, there will always be an element of growing resistance and challenge involved. Without it, there is no growth in strength. To make sure if we have fine tuned your program effectively, we constantly maintain communication and monitoring of your progress throughout the week.

To put things into perspective, a high performance elite athlete (e.g. Olympians) generally strength train 4 hours a week (e.g.1 hour every other day). Anything else would generally be considered active recovery time.
This will solely be dependent on the amount of focused effort you put in. Those who are the most successful dream big long term but take pride in the smallest daily mundane steps and wins. Those who consistently track and reflect on their progress, regardless of their starting position and natural gifts (or lack thereof), turn out to be stars!

This is all done through a video feedback assessment. A video will be required of you to perform basic movement patterns. The video will then be uploaded onto a private dropbox. A report with our findings will then be produced and discussed giving you a better understanding your body. To help you warm up effectively and moving pain free again, corrective exercises will then be merged into your customized workout program!
Of Course! As long as the exercises aligns with your needs, goals, and required timeframe, we'd be more than happy to include them in. Staying disciplined is easier by doing things we find fun and love doing. When you sign up, we will email you a consultation form. In that form, we will ask you what the names of those exercises are. When we build your workout program, we will then structure them in for you in the most effective way possible.

To put those nervous at ease, the way I started was without a trainer directly present. At the early stages of the internet, there were no popular fitness websites at our disposal.
